CPD Spotlight – Psychology
Aimed at careers staff in colleges and schools, Dr Bianca Serwinski, from Northeastern University London, takes us on an enlightening and in-depth tour of the undergraduate curriculum, highlighting some of the shifting trends and the influence of new technologies, before identifying the varied and transferable skills developed on this degree, and the careers that are opened up to those who pursue Psychology, including within directly and indirectly related sectors. Ruby Runnalls Palmer from Linking London puts some questions to Bianca during the last 20 minutes, where we learn about a typical week for a full time academic with several other strings to her bow, including private practice and an independent brand.
